WolfSetter SMS & Email Consent and Messaging Policy

WolfSetter is an AI inbound-only appointment-setting assistant for real estate agents, operated by Supaefficient (owner: Giovanni Ruggieri, P.IVA 13807290963). WolfSetter contacts people who already requested information about a property or a call with an agent.

We only reach out after you submit your phone number and/or email in a property inquiry, booking, or contact form and ask to be contacted. Depending on what you provide, we may reply by SMS and/or email.

How you give consent

By submitting your phone number and/or email address on a property inquiry form or contact form connected to one of our partner real estate agents, and requesting to be contacted, you agree that:

  • The agent and their team may contact you by SMS, phone, and/or email about your request.
  • WolfSetter may send you SMS and/or email on their behalf to answer questions, confirm details, and schedule an appointment.
  • All communication stays tied to that single user-initiated request; we never run cold outreach or bulk campaigns.

We do not use purchased lists and we do not send unsolicited bulk marketing campaigns from this service.

What kinds of messages you will receive

Messages you receive may include, for example:

  • Follow-up questions about the property you asked about.
  • Clarification of your needs (budget, timing, location, etc.).
  • Proposals of dates and times for a call or viewing.
  • Confirmations or changes to your appointment.

All conversations are one-to-one and stay focused on the specific property or appointment you asked about; nothing is promotional or unrelated.

Message frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on the conversation, but is typically a short series of messages over a few days while we:

  • Answer your questions, and
  • Confirm an appointment time with the agent.

We do not run ongoing SMS or email marketing campaigns from this service.

Cost & carrier information (SMS)

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out of SMS

You can stop receiving SMS messages from WolfSetter at any time by replying:

STOP

After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS from that conversation, unless you start a new request and provide your number again.

How to opt out of email

You can stop receiving emails related to your request by:

  • Clicking the unsubscribe link (if present) in our email, or
  • Sending an email to gianniruggieri99@gmail.com with the subject line: “Unsubscribe”.
